The 13th Norwegian Meeting in Organic Geochemistry (NMOG 2012) will be held in Trondheim on 19–20 April 2012 (Thursday–Friday).
The conference traditionally attracts a wide cross-section of the geochemical community, with a large representation from the oil industry and academics from universities and research institutions.
The organizing committee would like to encourage anyone interested in the theme to submit an extended abstract for consideration for an oral or poster presentation. Topics can include organic geochemistry in its widest sense, including its applications in basin modelling.
The conference website provides further information and is now open for registration and submission of extended abstracts. The deadline for abstract submission and early registration is Monday, 19 March 2012.
Organizing committee: Hermann M. Weiss (SINTEF Petroleumsforskning), Tom Bugge (Det norske oljeselskap), Leslie Leith (Statoil), Kristin Lind (SINTEF Petroleumsforskning), Stephen Lippard (NTNU). Contact address: nmog[a]nmog.net.
